Quickstart Courier Guide
When your courier account is activated, you will receive an email with the link to download the app, click on the link and you will be redirected to Google Play (Android) or the App Store (Apple).
Once you have downloaded our Ondway Driver App, you’re ready to log in. Open the App and find the following screen:
In case you forget your password, just click on “Forgot your Password?” and you’ll be redirected to the following screen:
Insert your e-mail registered and then click on “Reset Password”. You will then be sent a password reset link.
On your log-in, you will be presented with the jobs screen where you can see all jobs available in your area.
Click on the menu highlighted below to change your availability, view your account details, jobs, transfer jobs, job history, your wages, reminders, information about the app, and log out button. Clicking the ‘Available’ button allows you to start accepting jobs, and displays your location to the dispatcher.
When a job is available, it appears on the ‘Available Jobs’ screen. You can choose which job you’ll accept by looking at the basic job details (price, pickup address, delivery address and schedule time) or you can click on the job and you’ll be able to see more information as you can see in the following pictures.
To accept a job, just click on the button and confirm that you want to accept that job. When you accept a job, you will be presented with the delivery screen (images below).
You can call the customer by clicking on the phone number link or you can use the WhatsApp icon to talk by message.
You can use de google maps button to go open navigation to the address. When you arrived at the pickup address, only confirm that the goods were collected if you have them in hand.
If you have two jobs at the same time, you can go to the “My Jobs” screen to see your jobs and can click on the button highlighted below to use the optimization route.
When you complete a delivery, get the recipient’s name and signature and confirm that you want to deliver the job.
In case you accepted 2 orders, when you arrive at the pickup location and you can’t manage all goods, you can transfer that job to another courier you know. Just click on the settings menu and then on “Reassign Job” highlighted below to transfer that job, select a courier to send the job.
To receive a transferred job, go to the home screen, click on the highlighted below, and then click on “Transfer Jobs”. There you’ll see all jobs transferred to you and you can accept them.
You can view your Job History which will contain all completed jobs and job details.
Here you can see the total earnings working with us, your current balance on the week and your wage reports history.
